We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Keith Bragg and Trish Carr. From the first time we talked to Keith , he made sure to tell us everything we need to learn about the whole process. He was always helpful and informed us of all the pros and cons and making sure we evaluate and make decisions correctly. He made himself available every time we had to go look at a house. We were able to get a house within 3 weeks with the help of Keith. Trish was always helpful with all of our questions and gave us enough information before hand and helped us with all the closing requirements quickly and getting us all the relevant details we were looking for promptly .
I would recommend the Peters Company to anyone who is in the market for a house. As a first time home buyer, I really had no clue all that went into buying a home. I am so thankful that I was able to connect with such a great company that made the home buying process go as smoothly as possible. Many thanks to Brooke Elias who worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home! She was always available when we wanted to see a house, and she was so easy to work with. We definitely could not have done this without her help! Thank you Brooke and everyone over at the Peters Company, we will definitely be using you all again in the future.
Brooke went above and beyond to meet our needs and accommodate our challenging situation. We ended up getting a great house and the school district we wanted for a great price. She was instrumental during the search and negotiations as we where out of town for the entire process. I would strongly recommend her if you are looking to purchase a home.

We are new home buyers with absolutely no experience in buying a house. With Jeni, not only did we get a realtor who made us feel like her only client, but we received a good friend too. Jeni walked us through every element of home buying step by step, ensuring that we weren't overwhelmed. Jeni made sure that even when she wasn't explicitly involved, (when dealing with loan companies etc.) she was there to advise and comfort. When it came to negotiations, Jeni was fast, direct and kept us in the loop the whole way. What should have been a stressful process was actually thoroughly enjoyable. We were referred to Jeni by friends of ours who recently used her to find their new home in Smyrna, GA. From the moment we called Jeni to set up an initial consultation, to the moment that we met with her again to give her the good news that we'd decided to go with her as our realtor, Jeni was the most kind, professional and patient person we have ever worked with! We chose her over other agents we interviewed because she was very tech savvy, persistent and made us feel at ease about the whole process! And we loved the fact that she used a professional photographer to photograph our home before we put it on the market! It was the small details that made a huge difference! Even when we thought we'd found our dream home and then decided to pull out, Jeni was patient with us and never once made us feel rushed during the process. And when we were about to give up trying to sell our home because we weren't getting the offers we thought we would, she worked her tail off and came through with a great offer on our home! She was available to communicate everyday and she went out of her way (literally and figuratively speaking) to show us homes all over Atlanta and the surrounding cities until we found our forever home! Jeni is a gem! She was referred to us when we relocated to the area from VA, and we feel lucky to have worked with her. She always respected our timeline, budget, quirky housing preferences, and personalities. She never made us feel bad for wanting to see numerous houses or even unrealistic houses just to get a feel for the area. She also supported exploring options to build, which you don't see many agents encourage. She always encouraged us to do whatever we needed to do to find the right house for our family. I cannot recommend Jeni more highly. She was very knowledgeable of the market and helped us price our home appropriately when another agent was pressuring us to price our home much lower. She marketed our home aggressively and was willing to think out of the box to get our home in front of the right buyers. And she always took the time to respond to our concerns and explain the process to us as we hadn't really sold a home in a while.
