The Peters Company is a successful husband and wife real estate team representing home buyers and home sellers in the metro Atlanta area. As their business grew, Lesley and Andy Peters created the team in an effort to help serve past and future clients at an even higher level. With complimenting skills and styles, Andy and Lesley are well positioned to navigate the Atlanta real estate market with you. Formed under the premise that there is a “right way to run the railroad,” The Peters Company sticks close to its core ideals of honesty, integrity, over servicing, and communication, so that you can have an open and enjoyable experience. About Lesley

Life is a journey, and you learn from everyone you come into contact with. As the daughter of a banker and teacher, I have learned the value of a dollar, the virtue of patience, and the importance of listening.

After four wonderful years at Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. I married my college sweetheart a year later, and we moved to Atlanta. Family and friends come first and in Atlanta we have no shortage of either. After a short break from schooling, I decided to complete my Masters at Oglethorpe University. Although I secretly hoped to break into a career in real estate, I continued to push back the dream and wait for the "right time." As life happened, it became apparent that I needed to make the right time happen. So, I did. And, life hasn't been the same since!

I joined Keller Williams Realty because I shared in its ideals of honesty, integrity, teamwork, and I wanted to surround myself with other successful agents that I could learn from and would in turn, make me better. It was the best decision I ever made. In my first full year with Keller Williams Realty I closed 23 transactions between March and December after coming back from maternity leave. As my client base has grown, so has the volume of my business each year because my past clients share me with those they know and don’t make me a “secret agent.” I find, when people have a positive 10+ experience, they want to share it with everyone. I always go the extra mile to ensure you have the best experience possible. Keller Williams Realty has given me an opportunity to exceed my personal and professional goals, earning me a reputation as one of the top 10 performers in my office of over 250 agents. I currently serve on the Agent Leadership Council and am a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club.

Andy and I have lived in several different areas of Atlanta, both inside and outside of the perimeter. I've enjoyed each area independently and the unique differences they possess. Today, we live in Brookhaven with our son, John Morgan and our 11-pound Italian greyhound.

About Andy

Many people say, “How in the world could you work with your wife?” To them, I say, it’s easy and very fortunately, a pleasure. I honestly feel like Lesley and I complement each other in many ways. Her attention to detail and mastery of the business meshes well with my calming, service first, big picture approach.

As an Atlanta native, I have lived, worked, or played in virtually every inch of the metro area. I graduated from Marist High School in Atlanta and went on to graduate from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina with a B.A. in Communication Studies. Out of college, I went to work with Aqua Koolers LLC of Georgia, which eventually merged with Quench USA. I served as a service technician, a sales representative, a sales manager, and finally as Vice President. My eight year experience with Quench USA was fulfilling and enjoyable, but the more I learned about the real estate business, the more I realized that this is the industry where I belong. I joined Lesley to form The Peters Company because I share in her passion for the industry, and it’s been one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I have often related the real estate buying and selling process to swimming through shark infested waters. One thing I can say with certainty is that we make the process simple and less dangerous. We follow a time tested model because this is a very important decision for you and your future, and you deserve to have a well prepared and organized field guide. My father told me to always pay the upfront price in business and in life no matter the cost; he also told me to keep my word by always doing what you tell someone you’re going to do. To this day I am hard pressed to recall any better advice. By paying the upfront price, Lesley and I both have invested in understanding today’s market and have embraced changes in technology so that we can provide the best tools and information, helping you make the right decision for you. By keeping our word, we operate with the highest of integrity in all that we do so that you do not have to worry about our reliability or our motives. We treat people with respect, and we value every opportunity we are given because we do not want you to be our client; we want you to be our client for life.
